Our History
In December 2008, Jiangsu Aoshen group, Nanjing FENTE, Shanghai Weibei and China fiber Chuang jointly took shares and established Lianyungang SHENTE high-tech materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 35 million yuan and an annual output of 150 tons of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber.
In February 2012, Lianyungang runcaichuang invested 3 million yuan in shares, and the registered capital of the company increased to 38 million yuan.
In December 2014, after Jiangsu Aoshen Group acquired Nanjing FENTE and China fiber Chuang investment, it held shares in SHENTE company with Shanghai Weibei and Lianyungang Runcai venture capital
In March 2015, Jiangsu Aoshen group was incorporated into the newly established Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group. In December of the same year, the shareholder of Jiangsu Aoshen group was changed to Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group, with industrial investment group accounting for 82.9%.
In 2016, the company built phase II "650 ton / year UHMWPE (bulletproof) fiber project". In October of the same year, Lianyungang Industrial investment group increased its capital by 40 million yuan, the registered capital of the company was adjusted to 78 million yuan, and the industrial investment group accounted for 94.3% of the shares.
