1.Customized luxurious and comfortable container house villa
High Performance Drain System
A. Our facility has a four-sided internal drainage system.Bend pieces with slots and aqueducts, hidden in columns, work together to allow water to flow out easily.Even a heavy rain will not clog up the drainage system.The drains of other factories are small and easily clogged.
All our containers are fitted with bolts.No soldering required.This means container houses can be easily assembled.No forklifts or cranes are needed.It's easy for two adults to move all the material and assemble it.
1. Base material: galvanized steel frame
A. All of our beams, columns and purlins are hot dip galvanized steel Q235.It is high performance and rust resistant.Some factories only use electrolytic plate or black steel material, it is easy to rust.
B. We used 2.5mm galvanized steel sheet (2.7mm after painting).Other factories only use 2.3mm steel (2.5mm after paint).This will be easy to bend when you hold it and transfer it.
