The e-gate design aims at satisfying the demands of a high traffic flow and high-level security,combining the access process with biometric identification technology.It ensures that only the passenger(himself/herself) can pass.
The e-gate has the following technical characteristics:
HW-HSG-6 uses dedicated detection sensors, combining with other unique patented security technology developed by Hantech. The dynamic tailgating algorithm ensures anti-tailgating completely and absolutely. The following or other tailgating situation all can be detected, ensuring that only one person can pass at a time,anti-tailgating completely.Biometric Identification: Fingerprint verification, facial image recognition, palm-shaped recognition and iris recognition technology are often used as biometric identification. The fingerprint verification technology is widely used as a biometric identification at present.Two characteristics: uniqueness and stability.
Besides,the facial image recognition technology has its unique advantages for non-contact and non-invasion.The biometric identification technology is used to ensure only the pedestrians themselves can pass. The general configuration of the e-gate combines facial image recognition with fingerprint recognition,also can choose or specify the corresponding biometric identification technology according to the users' requirements.
Servo Motor Technology
HW-HSG-6 uses half-height security door of MBD-04 series. It is used in high-level security places of immigration and customs in a large-scale. Its door unit is brushless DC servo which can control open/close speed,position and electric current of the door,with the multiple protection function of overcurrent, short-circuit, earthing,overvoltage and undervoltage etc. It runs with S- shaped curve mode, fast on-off speed, steady running, exact non-libration and no noise. The door unit service life is more than 5.0 million cycles.
Bus, Modular Design
HW-HSG-6 uses CAN Bus fieldbus,I-O module,motor module,and detection sensor module to connect with bus.It is easy for installation and maintenance,allowing corresponding extensibility for users.
With the maturity of biometric identification technology, many enterprises, banks and government departments requiring high-level security all use biometric identification technology to realize access control. However,at present the conventional usage is only using biometric identification to judge if the pedestrians are or not,not combining with access control process,it cannot ensure the person who passes is authentic,cannot show the advantages of biometric identification. It only display the functions of an attendance machine or an access control machine.
